A police officer was found dead in his apartment in the Pamukkale district of Denizli. The possibility of the young officer having committed suicide is being considered.
A 41-year-old police officer, İsmail D., was found dead in his apartment in Pamukkale. Investigations revealed that he had taken his own life. The incident occurred in the Asmalıevler neighborhood of Pamukkale district. According to the information obtained, police officer İsmail D. (41), who had not been heard from for a while, was found motionless in the apartment he was staying in. Neighbors reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
HE COMMITTED SUICIDE WITH HIS SERVICE PISTOL
After the checks by the medical teams that arrived at the scene, it was determined that İsmail D. had passed away. Following the investigations conducted by the crime scene investigation teams, İsmail D.'s body was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institution for an autopsy. According to the initial examinations, it was determined that İsmail D. had shot himself with his service pistol, and his colleagues and relatives were devastated by the tragic news. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
