The AK Party Diyarbakır Deputy Galip Ensarioğlu, in a statement following the call of the terrorist organization PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan, said, "Some countries may want to provoke certain powers that are uncomfortable with Turkey's current position and do not want this issue to be resolved, and I believe they will try to do so."
DEM Party delegation met with the leader of the terrorist organization PKK, Abdullah Öcalan, for the third time on İmralı Island. The third meeting at İmralı F-Type High Security Closed Prison was attended by a 7-member DEM Party delegation, including Pervin Buldan, Sırrı Süreyya Önder, and Ahmet Türk, as well as DEM Party Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan.
The DEM Party delegation returning to Istanbul shared Öcalan's call text with the public. In Öcalan's message, he stated, "Hold your congress and make a decision; all groups must lay down their arms, and the PKK must disband. I take full responsibility." Before the statement, the last photo of Öcalan taken on İmralı Island was also shared.
AK PARTY DEPUTY POINTED OUT THE DANGER
While many comments were made regarding the development, the statements of AK Party Diyarbakır Deputy Galip Ensarioğlu drew attention.
Speaking on TV100 live broadcast, Ensarioğlu pointed out the danger awaiting the new process, stating, "Some countries, those who do not want this issue to end, and some powers disturbed by Turkey's current position may try to provoke, and I believe they will attempt to do so."
