A total of 14 people were detained by the security forces in Ankara following a clash with the people from Genç-Sen on Monday.
The group gathered on Yüksel Street and opened banners to protest construction of nuclear plant. The police arrived at the scene and asked them to lay down the banners. Later a clash broke out between the protesters and the police when they resisted showing banners.
As a result of the incident, police detained 14 people, seven of whom are women, and took them to the police station.
