Another Humanitarian Step By Azerbaijan's First Lady

Instructed by Azerbaijan's First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva the Heydar Aliyev Foundation will cover the costs of treating Omar, a two-and-a-half years old boy in urgent need of heart surgery.



In her Facebook post, MP Ganira Pashayeva thanked the first lady: "We express our deepest gratitude to Azerbaijan's first lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, distinguished Mehriban Aliyeva."



"The mother of two-and-a-half years old Omar Gasimov, who urgently needs heart surgery, has phoned us and said that she was invited to Baku on behalf of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation," Pashayeva said.



"Instructed by Mehriban Aliyeva, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation will cover all surgery and treatment costs." Pashayeva stressed. "InshAllah, thanks to attention and care of Mehriban Aliyeva Omar will be cured and become a worthy son of his family and nation."
