Fenerbahçe has applied to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) to increase the company's registered capital ceiling from 1 billion 250 million to 6 billion 250 million Turkish lira.
Fenerbahçe announced that an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) to increase the company's registered capital ceiling from 1 billion 250 million to 6 billion 250 million Turkish Lira.
Fenerbahçe's statement is as follows:
"In the meeting of our company's Board of Directors dated 25.07.2025;
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Capital Markets Law and within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on the Registered Capital System numbered II.18-1, it has been decided to increase our company's current registered capital ceiling of 1,250,000,000.-TL (One billion two hundred fifty million Turkish Lira) to 6,250,000,000.-TL (Six billion two hundred fifty million Turkish Lira),
In this context, it has been decided to amend Article 6 titled "Shares" of our company's articles of association as attached,
In line with our decision to authorize the Management for the execution of all necessary transactions, including applying to the Capital Markets Board and the relevant Ministry for obtaining legal permissions within the scope of this decision, and to present it for the approval of shareholders at the upcoming general assembly meeting, the necessary application has been made to the Capital Markets Board today (07.08.2025). We respectfully announce this to our investors."
