“THERE ARE TWO METHODS FOR APPLICATIONS”

MEASURES FOR E-GOVERNMENT APPLICATIONS
To reduce system congestion for applications made through e-Government, applications will only be accepted based on the last digit of the Turkish Identification Number (TCKN) during the first 5 days of the campaign. On November 10, applications will be accepted from citizens whose TCKN ends with '0', on November 11 from those whose TCKN ends with '2', on November 12 from those whose TCKN ends with '4', on November 13 from those whose TCKN ends with '6', and on November 14 from those whose TCKN ends with '8'. Starting from November 15, all citizens can apply regardless of their identification number. For applications made at authorized bank branches, there will be no requirement for an identification number.
“NO FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO MARTYRS' FAMILIES AND VETERANS”
Applications made through e-Government will end on December 18, while applications at bank branches will conclude on December 19. The application processes for the families of martyrs, and those who are disabled due to terrorism, war, or duty injuries will be conducted through branches without any application fee.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The houses will be offered for sale with a 10% down payment and a 240-month installment plan. The sale price for 55 square meter 1+1 apartments outside Istanbul has been set at 1 million 800 thousand Turkish Liras. For these apartments, a down payment of 180 thousand Turkish Liras and a monthly installment of 6 thousand 750 Turkish Liras will be required.
Outside Istanbul, the price for 65 square meter 2+1 apartments is 2 million 200 thousand Turkish Liras. The down payment for these apartments will be 220 thousand Turkish Liras, and the monthly installment will be 8 thousand 250 Turkish Liras. The 80 square meter 2+1 apartments will be sold for 2 million 650 thousand Turkish Liras, requiring a down payment of 265 thousand Turkish Liras and a monthly installment of 9 thousand 938 Turkish Liras.
In Istanbul, the sale price for 55 square meter 1+1 apartments has been announced as 1 million 950 thousand Turkish Liras. For these apartments, a down payment of 195 thousand Turkish Liras and a monthly installment of 7 thousand 313 Turkish Liras will be required. The sale price for 65 square meter 2+1 apartments is 2 million 450 thousand Turkish Liras, with a down payment of 245 thousand Turkish Liras and a monthly installment of 9 thousand 188 Turkish Liras.
In Istanbul, the sale price for 80 square meter 2+1 apartments has been set at 2 million 950 thousand Turkish Liras. For these apartments, a down payment of 295 thousand Turkish Liras and a monthly installment of 11 thousand 63 Turkish Liras will be required.
QUOTAS ALLOCATED FOR SPECIAL GROUPS
Special quotas have been created for different groups in the project. A 5% quota has been allocated for the families of martyrs, those disabled due to terrorism, war, or duty injuries, as well as veterans and the disabled. Families with three or more children are entitled to a 10% quota, while retirees and young people aged 18-30 are granted a 20% quota.
If young people aged 18-30 have a house owned by their parents, they will not be able to apply for the project.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TOKİ SOCIAL HOUSING
To apply for the project, the applicant must:
1- Be a Turkish citizen for at least 10 years,
2- Be at least 18 years old,
3- Residence Requirement:
a) For projects in the provincial center, the applicant must have resided in the provincial center for at least 1 year prior to the application period (according to the address-based registration system),
b) For projects in the district, the applicant must have resided in the district for at least 1 year prior to the application period (according to the address-based registration system),
c) For projects in the town, the applicant must have resided in the town for at least 1 year prior to the application period (according to the address-based registration system),
d) Those residing in districts designated as provincial centers in metropolitan areas (Appendix Table) will be able to apply for projects in the provincial center.
e) If there are no projects in the district where the applicant resides within the scope of the campaign, applications can be made for projects in the provincial center.
DISTRIBUTION OF HOUSES BY PROVINCES
The distribution of the 500,000 houses to be built in 81 provinces as part of the "Century Housing Project," the largest social housing initiative in the history of the Republic, has been determined. The first five cities where the most houses will be built are recorded as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, and Konya.
