LIMIT IN EUROPE IS GENERALLY 50 EURO
The password-free transaction limit for contactless payments is implemented in many places around the world. Looking at global examples, it is seen that this limit is 100 pounds in the UK, and 50 euros in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Germany.
In the USA, however, there is no standard for this limit, and banks determine the limit themselves.
