SHOT WHILE HEADING HOME
The incident occurred around 8:30 PM on Salih Street in İslambey Neighborhood. Masoud Nazari, an Iranian national, was shot by an unidentified person while walking home. The assailant fled the scene. Health and police teams were dispatched to the location upon the notification of the surrounding people.
IRANIAN NATIONAL PASSES AWAY
After the initial intervention by the health teams, Nazari, who was determined to be seriously injured, was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Despite all medical interventions at the hospital, Nazari could not be saved. Crime scene investigation teams conducted an examination after precautions were taken in the area. Police teams have initiated efforts to capture the fleeing assailant. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
