A bomb attack in Hisar village in the north of Kirkuk city of northern Iraq, where Kurds are predominant, claimed lives of two children, at the ages of 11 and seven and left 10 injured.
According to the locals of the village, this bomb attack was the first one in last seven years. Locals also blamed security forces for the lack of basic security precautions.
Meanwhile, Northern Iraqi Regional Government (KRG) declared curfew after midnight in Kirkuk.
