In an accident where a car crashed into the sidewalk in Ankara, 46-year-old businessman Fatih Yücelik lost his life, and one person was injured.
At around 22:00 on Ahmet Vehbi Koç Boulevard in Çankaya, a car with license plate 06 GT 0004, driven by Fatih Yücelik, crashed into the sidewalk and overturned. Health, police, and fire teams were dispatched to the accident site upon reports from bystanders.
DIED AT THE SCENE
During the examination by health teams, it was determined that the driver Fatih Yücelik had lost his life, while Cüneyt Dinçer, who was in the vehicle, was taken to the hospital after the first intervention. Yücelik's lifeless body was taken to the Ankara Forensic Medicine Institution, and it was reported that Dinçer's condition was serious. An investigation has been launched regarding the accident.

Fatih Yücelik was among the leading figures in the Turkish cement industry with the Aşkale Cement and Kavçim brands operating under Erçimsan Holding. In addition to serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Erçimsan Holding, he was also the Chairman of the Executive Board of Aşkale Cement. Fatih Yücelik held positions such as the Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Cement Manufacturers Association, the Chairman of the TOBB Cement and Cement Products Council, and the Chairman of the Board of the Federation of Building Materials Producers. Yücelik was married and a father of two.
