The Georgian Coast Guard has detained a dry-cargo ship under Cambodian flag for violation of navigation rules.

The Georgian Coast Guard has detained a dry-cargo ship under Cambodian flag for violation of navigation rules.



In accordance to the first section of Article 114 of the country's Code of Administrative Offenses and by the order of the Deputy Chief of the Western Operational Office of the Border Police was fined 50,000 lari, Georgian Border Police told Trend.



The sum was paid and the ship got the right for free navigation.



The official exchange rate on Dec.28 is $1=1.735 lari.
