BOTANIC BUS/ISTANBUL: The İstanbul Transportation Authority (İETT) has started a new, environmentally friendly public transportation service known as BOTOBÜS, a botanic bus featuring a small garden on it.

SUICIDE ATTACK IN KABUL: At least seven people were killed and 19 others were injured at the end of two suicide attacks in Afghani capital Kabul on Wednesday morning.

IMF REPORT/INFRASTRUCTURE: In the current global environment of sub-par growth, there is a strong case for increasing public investment in countries where conditions are right, finds a new study by the IMF.
The study, which is published in the IMF's October 2014 World Economic Outlook report, examines the macroeconomic effects of public investment in a large number of countries.
