FINANCE MINISTER/2015 BUDGET: Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek has said the government has hammered out the 2015 budget, one of economic stability within a scope of fiscal discipline, adding that they took into consideration the necessity of raising domestic saving levels while drafting the budget.
