ISTANBUL/TRUFFLE FUNGUS: After the longstanding of researches truffle fungus, known as also ‘food of the Kings’ to be produced in the forests of the Istanbul. Truffle fungus is the fruiting body of a subterranean Ascomycete fungus, predominantly one of the many species of the genus Tuber.
