Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu performed his first foreign visit as a head of 62nd government to Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic on Tuesday.
Davutoğlu was welcomed at Ercan Airport of Nicosia by his Cypriot counterpart Özkan Yorgancıoğlu and his spouse Ayşe Yorgancıoğlu.
A large delegation consisting of ministers and other officials accompanying Prime Minister during his visit. Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Forestry and Water Works Minister Veysel Eroğlu and AK Party Vice Chairman Mehmetali Şahin are also in the delegation representing Turkish Government. After a brief official welcoming ceremony, Davutoğlu and accompanying delegation left the airport .
