Eid prayer has brought together incumbent and former Yemeni presidents, for the first time since a 2011 uprising that ousted long-serving President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
Saleh and incumbent President ABD Rabbuh Mansur Hadi performed the prayer at the Al-Saleh mosque in the capital Sanaa.
Senior political leaders, who led the 2011 uprising that ended Saleh's rule in 2011, also showed up for the prayer.
Mansur has taken over from Saleh, who stepped down in 2011 following massive protests against his regime.
Since then, the country has been dogged by turmoil with authorities struggling to rein in rival political factions and tribes, southern separatists and Islamist insurgents.
