Mustafa Denizli signed Thursday his official contract as Turkish top football division Spor Toto Super Lig club Galatasaray manager.
The Turkish manager, 66, inked the deal keeping him at the Istanbul giants until the end of the 2016-17 season in the signing ceremony held at the club premises.
Denizli said he was "thrilled" to be with his former club.
During his career Denizli managed to win Super Lig titles with the three major Istanbul teams: Galatasaray (1988), Fenerbahce (2001) and Besiktas (2009).
Denizli also managed the Turkey National Team during the UEFA Euro 2000 co-hosted by the Netherlands and Belgium. Turkey reached the quarterfinals in the Europe's top-tier quadrennial national team level football tournament. - Ankara
