THE OLD MAN WAS BEATEN WITH A STICK
The incident occurred yesterday evening in the Yenişehir neighborhood of the district. Mehmet Sayım, who was on his way to the mosque to pray, encountered individuals with whom he had a feud over a debt issue. A dispute broke out between the parties, and Sayım was beaten with a stick.
4 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED
As the suspects fled, Mehmet Sayım collapsed to the ground, covered in blood. He was taken to Viranşehir State Hospital for treatment by the ambulance that was called. Police teams quickly apprehended the four suspects involved in the incident. O.T., B.T., İ.T., and A.T., who were taken into custody, were arrested by the magistrate's court to which they were referred after their procedures at the police station.
