Galatasaray Sign Huawei Kit Sponsorship Deal

Turkish club Galatasaray signed a kit sponsorship deal Wednesday for Turkish top division, Spor Toto Super League, and domestic cup matches with Chinese telecom network company, Huawei until the end of the 2014-15 season.



During the signing ceremony held at Galatasaray's home ground Turk Telekom Arena and attended by Galatasaray president Unal Aysal and Huawei General Manager Zhao Gang on Wednesday in Istanbul, it was reported that the sponsorship deal is worth $4.1 million to the Turkish club until the end of the season. 



"Lions" chair Aysal said they have signed a significant deal with Huawei, and Turkish club's General Coordinator, Faruk Isik expressed his gratitude on the sponsorship agreement with the Chinese firm.



Turkish Airlines have also sponsored the team with their kit for this year's UEFA Champions League games.
