Georgian Defense Minister Visits Turkey

Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Alasania is on a two day visit to Turkey.



The Georgian minister will participate in the festivities on the occasion of the 99th anniversary of the Chanakkale Battle within the framework of the visit, the Georgian Defense Ministry told Trend.



The events will feature the performance of the Turkish Military Band Mehteran, as well as parade, and the "Sholoturk" air show will be held. Furthermore, the event participants



will commemorate those deceased in the Chanakkale Battle buried in Martyrs cemetery.



More than 30 countries' delegations, the representatives of the accredited diplomatic corps in Turkey will participate at the celebrations.
