Journalist Cem Küçük made a claim regarding Furkan Torlak, who was mentioned in allegations against Mehmet Akif Ersoy and resigned from his position as the Coordinator of the Presidency's Communication Directorate's Disinformation Combat Center, stating, "The house he lives in is worth 40 million lira, and the car he drives is worth 10 million lira." Torlak responded to the allegations with a message he sent to journalist Fatih Atik, who was a guest on the program.
The agenda of the program called Media Critique, broadcasted on TGRT News, included Mehmet Akif Ersoy and a drug operation.

Küçük stated, "I know that Furkan has made a fuss about me at the Külliye before. He came here with the HAS Party. Fahrettin Altun appointed him as the head of the Disinformation Combat Center at the last minute. Furkan's name is also mentioned in the statements. Furkan should also pass a drug test. Whatever harm he has done to us, the house he lives in Ankara is worth 40 million lira, and the car he drives is worth 10 million lira. We know what he has been up to through Menekşe İnşaat. They are also trying to intimidate the ministers," he said.

Torlak responded to journalist Cem Küçük's allegations through journalist Fatih Atik, one of the program's guests.
Fatih Atik conveyed Torlak's message during the program broadcasted on TGRT News. Atik stated, "I know Furkan Torlak, and I have not witnessed him conducting operations against anyone as Cem Küçük claims. What he does in his private life is his own business. Let me share his statement. You mentioned something about his car. He says it is not 10 million, but half of that. He bought his house by selling his previous one in 2021. Other well-known names also live in the same site. He has applied to take a drug test."
Regarding his resignation, he stated that there was no coercion. He resigned to prevent the institution's name from being tarnished. He also commented on the place called the library: 'I was taken there by a childhood friend with the joke that we would take you to the library. It was too noisy and crowded, so I left the place and sat on a couch at the entrance. At that time, I had no duty at the Communication Directorate.'
