The Revenue Administration (GİB) reminded taxpayers benefiting from the Law No. 7440 on the Restructuring of Certain Receivables and Amendments to Certain Laws that the deadline for the payment of the 24th installment of their restructured debts is June 2.
In a statement made by the Revenue Administration (GİB), it was indicated that debt payments continue for taxpayers who have structured their debts under the relevant law and opted for the installment payment option.
In the statement, it was noted that if more than three installments are not paid on time or are underpaid within a calendar year, it is considered a violation of the law. Taxpayers were informed that they must make the 24th installment payment, which is due in May, by Monday, June 2.
The statement also mentioned that unpaid or underpaid installment amounts for this year must be deposited by June 30, along with a late payment fee calculated at the rate of the delay for each month overdue. It was emphasized that "to avoid violating the structure, installments must be paid on time."
