New Dutch Ambassador To Uzbekistan Appointed

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov has received newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands with residence in Moscow Ronald van Dartel on 18 April 2014.



The Dutch envoy handed over credentials, addressed to the President of Uzbekistan, to the Uzbek minister.



The sides exchanged opinion on current state and perspectives of the Uzbek-Dutch relations during the meeting.



The sides expressed mutual interest in boosting relations between two nations both in bilateral level and within international organizations such as the UN.



Kamilov and Dartel considered the issues of expanding mutual beneficial partnership in trade-economic and investment spheres, including in tourism, training of specialists and other directions.
