PROPERTY LAWSUIT CRISIS ERUPTS
According to allegations, Özcan Deniz registered the title deed of a property that belonged to him in the past under his brother Ercan Deniz's name. However, the singer, who wanted to transfer these titles back to his name, filed a lawsuit for the cancellation of the title deed after the official procedures did not take place. This move caused a rift between the brothers.
ALLEGATIONS OF THREATS AND INSULTS IN THE AGENDA
While mutual accusations continue between the parties, Özcan Deniz recently revealed the extent of the situation with a social media post. Deniz claimed in his post that his brother Ercan Deniz threatened him with death and insulted and cursed his wife Samar Deniz.
PROTECTION ORDER FROM FAMILY COURT
Following these developments, Özcan Deniz applied to the Istanbul Family Court, requesting protective measures for both himself and his wife Samar Deniz. According to a report in Sabah newspaper, the artist stated in his petition that Ercan Deniz's behavior posed a serious threat and requested preventive action.
2-MONTH PROHIBITION ON APPROACHING AND INSULTING
The court evaluated the case and imposed a two-month ban on Ercan Deniz regarding insults, curses, and physical proximity towards Özcan Deniz and his wife Samar Deniz. Under the decision, Ercan Deniz is prohibited from having physical contact with both his brother and sister-in-law and from approaching them in a way that would disturb them.
