Police Raid Gülen-Inspired Educational Institutions In Eastern Turkey

Police accompanied with auditors raided three educational, established by volunteers of the faith-based Gülen movement, popularly known as the Hizmet movement, in the eastern province of Siirt on Sunday.

The police along with inspectors from Directorate of National Education, Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre,the Social Security Institution (SGK), Directorate of Environment and Urbanization, Directorate of Public Health conducted raid at three educational institutions in the city. Despite opening of the new education year, the raid was carried out. The officials measured length of stairs and signboard of the schools during the inspection.
