PORTUGUESE COACHES FAILED TO BECOME LEAGUE CHAMPIONS
None of the Portuguese coaches at Fenerbahçe achieved championship success. The yellow-navy team also could not reach the desired success with the recently parted Portuguese Jose Mourinho. Mourinho, who has achieved many successes in his career, played 62 matches at Fenerbahçe starting from the beginning of the 2024-2025 season, achieving 37 victories, 14 draws, and 11 losses.
PEREIRA NEVER WON A TROPHY
In the history of the yellow-navy club, besides Mourinho, his compatriots Vitor Pereira and Jorge Jesus also served. Pereira, who first took charge of the team in July 2015, parted ways in August 2016 after finishing second in the league in the ongoing season and the team's elimination in the UEFA Champions League.
