Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid signed Monaco's Colombian attacking midfielder James Rodriguez on Tuesday.
According to the statement made on the Spanish club's website, both clubs Real Madrid and Monaco agreed on Rodriguez's transfer.
It is reported the 23-year-old Colombian star will sign a six-year-deal during the ceremony to be held in Real Madrid's homeground, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium at 21: 00 local time in Turkey.
The Spanish press speculate the deal is worth 75-80 million euros to Monaco, however none of the clubs declared the transfer fee amount.
Before playing with Monaco, Rodriguez played for Portuguese giants Porto for three seasons where he scored 32 goals and made 21 assists in 104 matches.
Last summer he was purchased by Monaco for 45 million euros. In his first season in Monaco, Rodriguez scored nine goals and made 12 assists for the Monegasque side, he was also selected in the "French Ligue 1's best 11".
Former Monaco midfielder scored six goals and made two assists during the 2014 FIFA World Cup and won the "Adidas Golden Boot" award.
