Saudi Airlines on Wednesday denied reports that one of its planes had landed in Israel.
"It's untrue that a Saudi Airlines plane landed in [Ben Gurion] airport," the Saudi flag carrier said on Twitter.
Israeli media earlier reported that a Saudi passenger plane landed at Ben Gurion airport Tuesday night for technical maintenance.
According to the report, the plane arrived from Brussels with no passengers on board.
Israeli newspapers said the aircraft is owned by a European company and leased to Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Airlines said that it would verify whether any of the contracted companies had violated their contract with Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia does not recognize Israel and has no diplomatic relations with the self-proclaimed Jewish state.
