Some Opposition Members' Cars Burned In Yerevan

The cars of four representatives of the ‘Pre-Parliament’ opposition organization have been burned in the Armenian capital for the last 24 hours, the Armenian Arminfo agency said.

In particular, the cars of Shagen Petrosyan, Vardan Akopian, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Susanna Melkonian were burned. The offenders attempted to burn the car of another member of the organization - Karo Egnukian, but the attempt was thwarted.

These representatives participated in the "100 years without the regime" rally by their cars.

The purpose is to change the power in Armenia before the 100th anniversary of the so-called "Armenian genocide". (Cihan/Trend az)
