The Istanbul Governorship announced that some roads in Istanbul will be closed to traffic due to the celebrations of the 102nd Republic Day and the general rehearsal. The roads that will be closed to traffic from 5:45 AM on Sunday, October 19, 2025, the rehearsal day, until the end of the program on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the ceremony day, have been specified along with alternative routes.
In a statement made by the Istanbul Governorship, it was announced that some roads in Istanbul will be closed to traffic due to the '102nd Anniversary Celebrations of the Republic Day' and the general rehearsal.
The statement specified the roads that will be closed to traffic and alternative routes starting from 05:45 on Sunday, October 19, 2025, rehearsal day, until the end of the program on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, ceremony day.
Closed roads (From 05:45 until the end of the program):
- Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue) both directions,
- D100 entrances from the North and South directions to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from 10th Year Avenue to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Edirnekapı to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Oğuzhan Avenue to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Sofular Avenue to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Halıcılar Avenue to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Akdeniz Avenue to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Akşemsettin Avenue to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Ordu Avenue and Atatürk Boulevard to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
- Entrances from Keçeci Meydan Street to Adnan Menderes Boulevard (Vatan Avenue),
