It was reported that the two leaders emphasized their determination to implement strategic partnership agreements during the conversation. The mutual desire to expand joint projects in the fields of economy and energy was also highlighted.
The Kremlin announced that Putin and Maduro agreed to "further deepen cooperation between the two countries."
