Afterward, he took the man's driver's license, bank card, and jacket and fled. The same day, the suspect, who went to the courthouse for questioning, also damaged the boards and signs there and was subsequently caught and arrested.
A 19-year-old named Umutcan Baysal, who was wandering on the beach in the Kale neighborhood of the İlkadım district in Samsun, assaulted a 60-year-old man, M.K.A., by saying, "You haven't caught a fish for 2 hours."
THREW HIM INTO THE SEA AND ROBBED HIM
Afterward, Baysal threw M.K.A. into the sea and fled with his driver's license, bank card, and jacket.
DAMAGED THE SIGNAGE AT THE COURTHOUSE
On the same day, as he was giving his statement, Umutcan Baysal went to the Samsun Courthouse and also damaged the boards and signs there. Baysal was caught by the teams and taken to the police station.

During the search of the suspect, items belonging to M.K.A. were seized. The suspect, who was taken into custody by the police, was brought to the security office.
SENT TO PRISON
It was learned that there was an arrest warrant against the suspect for the crime of 'damaging state property' from some time ago. After his procedures at the police station, the suspect was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the judge.
