When the driver saw the police teams in Konya, he changed places with a passenger in the car, which was detected and stopped by a drone. The driver A.E., who had his license temporarily revoked, was fined a total of 19,670 TL for two different offenses.
The Traffic Inspection Branch teams of the Provincial Police Department conducted a routine road control inspection supported by a drone in the Meram district. When the driver A.E. saw the police teams, he stopped his vehicle on the right side of the road and switched places with a woman named N.J.S. When they started moving again, A.E. also threw trash on the side of the road. Those moments were recorded by the teams using a drone during the inspection. Noticing the situation, the police stopped the vehicle at the control point. It was determined that A.E. had switched places with N.J.S. because his license was temporarily revoked.
A.E. was fined 18,677 TL for the offense of 'driving a motor vehicle while the driver's license is temporarily revoked' and 993 TL for the offense of 'throwing something from a vehicle.'
