According to a statement from the Competition Authority; a preliminary investigation regarding the allegations that some enterprises operating in the raw milk procurement, dairy feed sales, and packaged milk and dairy products production and sales markets, as well as the Association of Packaged Milk and Dairy Products Manufacturers, engaged in actions such as price fixing, market sharing, and exchange of sensitive information related to competition has been concluded by the Competition Board. An investigation has been initiated regarding the Association of Packaged Milk and Dairy Products Manufacturers and 39 companies in terms of the raw milk procurement market, 3 companies in terms of the dairy feed sales market, and 13 companies in terms of the packaged milk and dairy products production and sales market.
