According to a statement on the website of the Competition Authority, the investigation conducted regarding these undertakings has been completed. It was determined that the mentioned undertakings violated the Law on the Protection of Competition by "making employee non-solicitation agreements" or "sharing competition-sensitive information".
In this context, fines were imposed as follows: 7 million lira for Adeka, 4.5 million lira for Amgen, 639 thousand lira for Argis, 3 million lira for Arven, 15 million lira for AstraZeneca, 10.5 million lira for Berko, 7 million lira for Farmatek, 2 million lira for Helba, 13 million lira for İlko, 487 thousand lira for Merck, 19 million lira for Novartis Health, 19 million lira for Novo Nordisk Health, 20 million lira for Pfizer PFE, 12 million lira for Sanofi, 79 million lira for Sanovel, 17 million lira for Santa Farma, and 8 million lira for Servier.
