Teams that arrived at the scene upon notification conducted examinations. It was also determined that a measuring device had previously been placed in the building. A total of 11 people, consisting of 3 families living in the building, moved to their relatives' homes for safety reasons. It was noted that a demolition decision had been made about a five-story building next to the risky structure approximately two months ago.
