Paige Chohan, one of the stars of the popular British reality show "Real Housewives Of Cheshire," sincerely shared her spiritual journey and her story of converting to Islam.

33-year-old Paige is featured in the 18th season of the show alongside her husband Amir (36) and their 13-month-old daughter Nora. Despite being in its third season, she is sharing her journey related to her faith in more detail with the viewers this season.

Growing up in a family belonging to the Anglican Church, Paige began exploring different religions from the age of 17. The young woman, who studied Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism, eventually found the spiritual peace she was seeking in Islam.

"I formed a strong bond with Islam on this journey I embarked on at a young age, and this bond has grown over time," Paige said in an interview with New! Magazine, adding: "Islam truly saved my life and gave me a clear direction that I needed while growing up."

Explaining that her family is not very strict about religious matters, Paige said, "I sat down and questioned whether life has a deeper meaning, and I wanted to explore that."

Becoming a mother has further reinforced the importance of her faith and values: "Life is no longer just about yourself. You have a spouse and a child, and you can't do whatever you want whenever you want. The focus shifts away from you - it's a huge change."

First airing in 2015, "Real Housewives of Cheshire" gained significant attention as the first UK version of the US format. The show brings the lives of wealthy and glamorous families to the screen.

The producers of the show are currently preparing for a new version based in London, but they are struggling to assemble the cast. It has been reported that celebrities like Holly Valance and Trinny Woodall have turned down offers.
