According to the information received, relatives who had not heard from Ocakçı, who lived alone in his office on Yalı Street in Orhanlar Neighborhood, went to the office to check on him. Relatives who entered through the window found Ocakçı motionless on the floor.

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. During the examination by the medical teams, it was determined that Ocakçı had passed away.
After the police team's investigation at the scene, Ocakçı's body was taken to the morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
