Yazıcı stated that she would file a lawsuit against the hospital, expressing her frustration by saying, "My internal organs are constantly bleeding."

Yazıcı, who fought against many health problems such as aortic dissection, COPD, stent complications, respiratory/oxygen support, and kidney function loss, stated that her organs were irreparably damaged during a subsequent 7.5-hour corrective surgery.

Sharing her experiences in the hospital on social media, Yazıcı said, "I am very angry! They say, 'It's not our fault.' While placing a stent in the ruptured artery, they said, 'Oh, it got stuck, sorry, it blocked your kidney, let’s fix it.' While trying to correct it for 7.5 hours, they shattered my organs. In the official report I received from the state hospital, it is documented that I am 74% disabled. I entered that hospital completely healthy. I had no cholesterol, no diabetes, and no chronic illnesses. But now my blood values are abnormal, my internal organs are constantly bleeding, and I am in a hospital almost every day." she lamented.

Ayşe Yazıcı stated that she has not revealed the name of the hospital for now, but as soon as she recovers, she will go to the hospital's door and chain herself to the bars. She mentioned that she would have a banner saying "Give Me Back My Kidney!" and added, "Damn your diploma, your reputation, and your doctors! Did I become disabled on my own? I will hold those responsible for this situation accountable in court. Not just me, there are many people like me. This voice will also be their voice." she said.
