In the Onikişubat district of Kahramanmaraş, fire crews were mobilized for a citizen who was stranded due to snow and had a high fever complaint. The firefighters, who reached the area on foot where vehicles could not access, carried the sick citizen on their back for 500 meters and handed them over to the health teams.
A citizen who was stranded in the Tömek Vineyard Houses area of the Onikişubat district of Kahramanmaraş and had a high fever complaint was saved thanks to the timely intervention of the fire brigade teams.
FIRE BRIGADE CARRIED THE SICK CITIZEN ON THEIR BACKS FOR 500 METERS
In challenging terrain conditions where vehicles could not reach, the fire brigade teams moved into action and carried the sick citizen on their backs for approximately 500 meters to a point where vehicles could proceed.
Racing against time, the teams displayed great sacrifice and a sense of humanity by handing over the patient to the health teams. The citizen, who received initial treatment, was transferred to the hospital by ambulance for further care.
