An elderly man living in the Yenice district of Karabük was found dead in the forest where he had gone to search for his missing cattle.

Sabri Yılmaz, who lives in the village of Kadıköy in the Yenice district of Karabük, left his home yesterday around 3:00 PM to search for his lost cattle. As Sabri Yılmaz headed towards the forest and did not return, his relatives reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center around 9:00 PM. A search operation was initiated by gendarmerie and AFAD teams to find Yılmaz.

DEAD BODY FOUND IN THE FOREST

In the early hours of the night, Yılmaz was found motionless in the forest. Upon the arrival of the medical team, it was determined that Sabri Yılmaz had passed away. Yılmaz's lifeless body was taken to the morgue of Yenice State Hospital for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. An investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
