Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Regulation and due to "field incidents" in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Regulation,

Club's technical responsible OKAN BURUK has been referred to the PFDK without precaution due to the "statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football" in his statements during the post-match press conference in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Regulation,

POTENTIAL PENALTIES FOR MOURINHO BASED ON THE ARTICLES HE WAS REFERRED TO



The corresponding articles in the TFF regulations for Fenerbahçe's head coach Jose Mourinho's referral to Article 36 and Article 41 are as follows;



ARTICLE 36: UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT



(1) Those who engage in actions that are contrary to sportsmanship or sports ethics, damage the reputation of TFF with their attitudes and behaviors, or diminish the value of football, promote violence or disorder in sports, and/or engage in actions that may lead to fan actions;



(a) Players may receive a ban of 1 to 3 matches,



(b) Administrators may receive a ban of 21 to 60 days and fines ranging from 150,000 TL to 780,000 TL for Super League club administrators, from 78,000 TL to 390,000 TL for 1st League club administrators, from 48,000 TL to 150,000 TL for 2nd League club administrators, and from 30,000 TL to 60,000 TL for 3rd League club administrators,



(c) Officials and other individuals may receive a ban from the dressing room and bench for 1 to 3 matches or a ban of 15 to 30 days, and if deemed necessary according to the severity of the act, fines ranging from 50,000 TL to 500,000 TL,



(ç) Clubs may receive fines ranging from 240,000 TL to 1,200,000 TL for Super League, from 120,000 TL to 600,000 TL for 1st League, from 78,000 TL to 390,000 TL for 2nd League, and from 39,000 TL to 198,000 TL for 3rd League.



(2) The Disciplinary Board may impose only the monetary penalty specified in Article 35, paragraph 4, for violations determined in paragraph 1 of this article if deemed necessary.



(3) It is prohibited for players, club administrators, officials, and other individuals to contact match referees through any means of communication, social media, any press and broadcasting organizations, or otherwise in an unsportsmanlike manner. In case of violation,



(a) Players may receive a ban of at least 1 year from matches,



(b) Administrators may receive a ban of at least 1 year and additionally fines ranging from 1,200,000 TL to 3,000,000 TL for Super League club administrators, from 600,000 TL to 1,800,000 TL for 1st League club administrators, from 300,000 TL to 1,200,000 TL for 2nd League club administrators, and from 150,000 TL to 600,000 TL for 3rd League club administrators,



(c) Officials and other individuals may receive a ban of at least 1 year from the dressing room and bench or at least 1 year of deprivation of rights, and if deemed necessary according to the severity of the act, fines ranging from 50,000 TL to 500,000 TL.



(4) Match officials or officials, especially referees, observers, representatives, and field commissioners, who are contacted in an unsportsmanlike manner are obliged to report this situation to TFF immediately. Those who fail to fulfill this obligation may be banned from matches or deprived of rights for 1 to 3 years.



(5) If the violation specified in paragraph 1 above is directed at TFF members or match officials and involves physical intervention;



(a) Players may receive a ban of 3 to 6 matches,

(2) Those who spit at individuals other than match officials will be banned for 4 to 6 matches, with a ban on entering the locker room and the substitute bench or a deprivation of rights penalty of 45 to 90 days. Through press and media, official websites, or social media; damaging the brand value of Turkish Football and the institutional reputation of TFF, casting a shadow on the neutrality of TFF Executives, Board Members, match officials, and TFF members, making statements contrary to sportsmanship, sports ethics, or fair-play understanding regarding these individuals' withdrawal from their duties, making any statements, declarations, and shares that could promote violence and disorder in sports, contain divisive and separatist meanings, and could lead to fan incidents are prohibited.

In the event of the above violations, the Disciplinary Board will impose the following penalties;

a) For club managers, a deprivation of rights penalty of 45 to 90 days with;

- For Super League, a monetary fine of up to 1. 500. 000 TL to 3. 000. 000 TL,

- For 1st League, a monetary fine of up to 300. 000 TL to 600. 000 TL,

- For 2nd League, a monetary fine of up to 150. 000 TL to 300. 000 TL,

- For 3rd League, a monetary fine of up to 75. 000 TL to 150. 000 TL.

b) For clubs;

- For Super League, a monetary fine of up to 2. 000. 000 TL to 5. 000. 000 TL,

- For 1st League, a monetary fine of up to 400. 000 TL to 1. 000. 000 TL,

- For 2nd League, a monetary fine of up to 200. 000 TL to 500. 000 TL,

- For 3rd League, a monetary fine of up to 100. 000 TL to 250. 000 TL.

c) For officials, a ban on entering the locker room and the substitute bench for 1 to 3 matches or a deprivation of rights penalty of 30 to 60 days, and additionally according to the severity of the violation;

- For Super League, a monetary fine of up to 1. 500. 000 TL,

- For 1st League, a monetary fine of up to 300. 000 TL,

- For 2nd League, a monetary fine of up to 150. 000 TL,

- For 3rd League, a monetary fine of up to 75. 000 TL.

d) For players;

- For Super League, a monetary fine of up to 1. 500. 000 TL,

(2) In the event of repeated violations under this article, the recidivism provisions will apply.

(3) Additionally, if the statements, shares, or declarations specified in the first paragraph are made through the clubs' press and media (especially official websites, club televisions) or social media accounts without mentioning any names or using the term management board, only a deprivation of rights penalty will be imposed on the president of the club making the statement according to paragraph (a) of the first paragraph.
