The Professional Football Discipline Board (PFDK) has announced its decisions. The PFDK imposed a 45-day ban and a fine of 1.5 million TL on Fenerbahçe Secretary General Burak Çağlan Kızılhan for "statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions." Eyüpspor's head coach Arda Turan received a fine of 58,500 TL for "not visibly wearing his accreditation card around his neck."

The decisions of the Board are as follows:
"1-BEŞİKTAŞ A. Ş. was penalized for the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the match BEŞİKTAŞ A. Ş. - ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR on 25.04.2025, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, by blocking the electronic tickets of the spectators in blocks numbered NORTH TRIBUNE NORTH LOWER 109 who engaged in ugly and bad chants, preventing their entry to the next match as the home team.
2- NET GLOBAL SİVASSPOR Club's coach MEHMET BÜLENT ALBAYRAK was penalized with a ban from the dressing room and bench for 1 OFFICIAL MATCH and a fine of 58,500 TL due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee during the match NET GLOBAL SİVASSPOR-ONVO ANTALYASPOR on 26.04.2025, in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT.
3- SİPAY BODRUM FK was penalized with a fine of 168,000 TL due to incidents caused by its fans during the match SİPAY BODRUM FK-REEDER SAMSUNSPOR on 26.04.2025, in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT.
In the same match, SİPAY BODRUM FK administrator SELAHATTİN POLAT was penalized with a WARNING for violating instructions due to being in unauthorized areas, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT.
In the same match, SİPAY BODRUM FK administrator SELAHATTİN POLAT was penalized with a 100-DAY BAN and a fine of 280,000 TL for insults towards the match referees, in accordance with Article 41/1-b of the FDT.
In the same match, SİPAY BODRUM FK administrator ONUR TALAY was penalized with a WARNING for violating instructions due to being in unauthorized areas, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT.

Ş. on 26.04.2025, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, by blocking the electronic tickets of the spectators in blocks numbered SOUTH GOAL BACK LOWER TRIBUNE D and NORTH GOAL BACK LOWER TRIBUNE D who engaged in ugly and bad chants, preventing their entry to the next match as the home team.
In the same match, GAZİANTEP FUTBOL KULÜBÜ A. Ş. was penalized with a fine of 168,000 TL due to incidents caused by its fans, in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT.
In the same match, GAZİANTEP FUTBOL KULÜBÜ A. Ş. athlete PAPA ALIOUNE NDIAYE was penalized with a one-match ban and a fine of 58,500 TL for unsportsmanlike conduct towards a member of the opposing team, in accordance with Articles 36/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT. (by majority)
5-FENERBAHÇE A. Ş. was penalized with a fine of 930,000 TL due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the match GAZİANTEP FUTBOL KULÜBÜ A. Ş. - FENERBAHÇE A. Ş. on 26.04.2025, and for this action being the 11th occurrence in the same season as the visiting team, in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT, and by blocking the electronic tickets of the spectators in block MİSAFİR ÜST TRİBÜN B who engaged in ugly and bad chants, preventing their entry to the next match as the visiting team.
In the same match, FENERBAHÇE A. Ş. was penalized with a fine of 168,000 TL due to incidents caused by its fans, in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT.
In the same match, FENERBAHÇE A. Ş. administrator BURAK ÇAĞLAN KIZILHAN was penalized with a 45-DAY BAN and a fine of 1,500,000 TL for his statements in the media after the match that aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions, in accordance with Article 38/1-a of the FDT. Ş., OSMAN DEMİR, is banned from entering the locker room and the substitutes' bench for 1 OFFICIAL MATCH and fined 58,500 TL due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee in the BELLONA KAYSERİSPOR-ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR A. Ş. Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on April 27, 2025, in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT,
8- The coach of İKAS EYÜPSPOR Club, ARDA TURAN, is fined 58,500 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for violating the regulations by not visibly wearing his accreditation card during the İKAS EYÜPSPOR-GALATASARAY A. Ş. Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on April 27, 2025,
9- GALATASARAY A. Ş. is fined 750,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to the ugly and inappropriate chants caused by their fans during the İKAS EYÜPSPOR-GALATASARAY A. Ş. Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on April 27, 2025, and for this action being the 9th occurrence in the same season as the visiting club. Additionally, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic ticket cards of the spectators in the G block of the VISITING TRIBUNE BEHIND THE GOAL who engaged in ugly and inappropriate chants are blocked, preventing their entry to the next match as the visiting club,
