Three Iranian Miners Killed In Southwestern Coal Mine Blast

Three Iranian miners have been killed in a blast which occurred on Feb.20 at a coal mine in southeast of the country, ISNA reported on February 22.



The mine is located in Kouhbanan town in Kerman province.



Governor of Kouhbanan, Mansour Motaqi, told ISNA that two others were injured during the blast and were rushed to a hospital.



Three persons, namely the managing director of the mining company, and two others have been detained for further investigations.
