At least three soldiers were killed in a shooting attack in Turkey's southeastern province of Hakkari on Saturday, the Turkish General Staff said in a statement on its website.
The three soldiers -- Sergeant Ramazan Gulle, Private Officers Yunus Yilmaz and Ramazan Kose -- were shot by three masked men while on duty in Hakkari province's district of Yuksekova in southeastern Turkey, the General Staff said.
The shooters have been identified as members of a terrorist organization.
One of the soldiers died after being taken to the state hospital.
The security forces have imposed intense security measures in the district.
