Barbara Garcia, she is a survivor of disastrous Oklahoma tornado which left 24 people killed witnessed a miraculous event during an interview.

Barbara Garcia, she is a survivor of disastrous Oklahoma tornado which left 24 people killed witnessed a miraculous event during an interview. While Garcia was speaking about how she escaped Tornado at the small bathroom with her dog in her home but she couldn't see the dog when everything was over her lost dog appeared under rubble in the middle of the interview.
