Confidence in the Turkish economy was sharply higher in November, the Turkish Statistical Institute reported on Friday.
The Economic Confidence index increased 26.7 percent compared with the previous month, jumping to 104.99 in November from 82.87 in October, the report said.
All of the component indexes in the headline index saw increases, the report said.
The Real Sector Confidence index increased 6.4 percent to 110.30. The Retail Trade Confidence index improved 5.9 percent to 105.29. The Construction Confidence index climbed five percent, and the Services Confidence index rose 1.9 percent from October, according to the report.
The Economic Confidence index surveys consumers' and producers' evaluations, expectations and tendencies about the general economic situation, according to the report.
