One more person died Thursday from injuries she suffered in a gas truck explosion in southeastern Turkey late Monday, bringing the death toll to seven.
Gulhan Tartik, 34, has been pronounced dead in Dr. Ersin Arslan State Hospital in the city of Gaziantep where she was transported for treatment.
Leaking gas from the overturned carrier caused an explosion after the accident leading buses and several passing vehicles to catch fire on Diyarbakir-Bingol highway, initially leaving 65 people wounded, Diyarbakir Governor Mustafa Cahit Kirac had told Anadolu Agency.
