Ten people were injured when a Porsche 918 Spyder partaking in a motorshow in Malta left the track and ran into the crowd on Sunday afternoon. The incident happened at about 14:00 (1200 GMT) at the Malta International Airport Hal Farrug area, where the annual motoring event Paqpaqli Ghall-Istrina took place. Ten people were injured, according to local reports. The police said they were unable to confirm details at this stage. A number of ambulances are currently on site treating the wounded, while two helicopters were deployed to transport the wounded. (Cihan/Xinhua)
