The warplanes of states participating in a Saudi-led coalition against Yemen's Shiite Houthi group on Saturday bombed the house of ex-President Ali Salim al-Beidh in the southern city of Aden.
A group of Houthi militants were meeting inside the house at the time of the strike, according to eyewitnesses.
They told The Anadolu Agency that the house was totally destroyed by the strike. The eyewitnesses could not, however, immediately ensure human casualties from the strike.
Aden has been the scene of unrelenting clashes between the Houthis – who are backed by army troops loyal to ex-President Ali Abdullah Saleh – and vigilante groups and tribesmen supporting embattled Yemeni President ABD Rabbuh Mansour Hadi for weeks now.
Yemen has remained in a state of turmoil since 2012.
The Saudi-led coalition has been pounding Houthi positions across Yemen since March 26.
Saudi Arabia says the strikes come in response to Hadi's appeals for help against the Houthis, who overran capital Sanaa late last year and have since advanced on other provinces.
The Houthis, for their part, denounce the offensive as an unwarranted "Saudi-American onslaught" on Yemen.
